TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

By way of derogation from the format of the animal health certificate provided for in the case of a movement into a Member State from a territory or a third country, Regulation (EU) No 576/2013 provides that Member States are to authorise the non-commercial movement of dogs, cats and ferrets from a territory or a third country that has demonstrated that it applies rules the content and effect of which are the same as those applied by Member States, where the identification document accompanying them has been issued in accordance with the procedure provided for in the case of a movement into a Member State from another Member State.
Par dérogation au format de certificat sanitaire prévu en cas de mouvement à destination d’un État membre depuis un territoire ou un pays tiers, le règlement (UE) no 576/2013 prévoit que cet État membre doit autoriser les mouvements non commerciaux de chiens, de chats et de furets en provenance d’un territoire ou d’un pays tiers qui a prouvé qu’il applique les règles dont le contenu et l’effet sont les mêmes que ceux des règles appliquées par les États membres, lorsque le document d’identification qui accompagne les animaux a été délivré conformément à la procédure prévue en cas de mouvement entre États membres.

4. Paragraph 1 shall not apply for products referred to in paragraphs 3, 8 and 9 of Annex IV of Regulation (EC) No 479/2008 provided that Member States or third countries regulate the conditions of use of the indication of the sugar content.

However, the Commission seems to be of the opinion that the financial reference for the "third countries" regulation would be agreed within the meaning of article 34 of the IIA (not binding).
