The notification shall include, where relevant, the details of the request or the demand pursuant to point (j) of Article 69(2) including the identity of the person or persons to whom it was addressed and the reasons therefor, as well as the scope of the limits introduced pursuant to point (p) of Article 69(2) including the person concerned, the applicable financial instruments, any limits on the size of positions the person can hold at all times, any exemptions thereto granted in accordance with Article 57, and the reasons therefor.
La notification comprend, le cas échéant, les éléments de la demande ou de la requête introduite au titre de l’article 69, paragraphe 2, point j), notamment l’identité de la ou des personnes auxquelles elle a été adressée et les motifs de la demande ou de la requête, ainsi que la teneur des limites imposées en vertu de l’article 69, paragraphe 2, point p), notamment la personne concernée, les instruments financiers concernés, les éventuelles limites concernant la taille des positions que la personne peut détenir à tout moment, les dérogations éventuellement accordées conformément à l’article 57 et les motifs de ces dérogations.
