Definition: This block contains a wide variety of disorders that differ in severity and clinical form but that are all attributable to the use of one or more psychoactive substances, which may or may not have been medically prescribed. The third character of the code identifies the substance involved, and the fourth character specifies the clinical state. Among the varied phenomena of the syndrome, patients complain most frequently of loss of emotions and feelings of estrangement or detachment from their thinking, their body, or the real world. In spite of the dramatic nature of the experience, the patient is aware of the unreality of the change. The sensorium is normal and the capacity for emotional expression intact. Jack Ramsay (Crowfoot, Réf) propose: Motion no 56 Qu'on modifie le projet de loi C-68, à l'article 32, par substitution, à la ligne 6, page 22, de ce qui suit: «une telle arme à feu et, dans le cas d'une arme à feu prohibée ou d'une arme à feu à autorisation restreinte, livre l'arme à feu à».

That, pursuant to rule 131(2), the Senate request a complete and detailed response from the Government to the Second Report of the Standing Senate Committee on Transport and Communications, adopted by the Senate on June 22, 2006, with the Minister of Industry, the Minister of Canadian Heritage, the Minister of Finance, the Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada, and the President of the Treasury Board being identified as Ministers responsible for responding to the report.
