I want to take this opportunity to thank my House colleagues and the witnesses for their diligence and dedication in the study of the bill.

– (DE) Madam President, Mr Wathelet, Commissioner, ladies and gentlemen, I would like to thank all of those in this House who have contributed to the debate, and I would also like to thank my colleagues in the Committee on Budgets once again for their willingness to compromise, which, for Parliament’s budget and for the other institutions, enabled us to agree on a very responsible line between the new financing needs that we gained through the Treaty of Lisbon along with new competences and a targeted self-restraint.
– (DE) Madame la Présidente, Monsieur Wathelet, Monsieur le Commissaire, Mesdames et Messieurs, permettez-moi de remercier tous ceux qui, au sein de cette Assemblée, ont contribué au débat. Je souhaite aussi remercier une fois encore mes collègues de la commission des budgets pour leur volonté de trouver un compromis, ce qui, pour le budget du Parlement et les autres institutions, nous a permis d’adopter une ligne très responsable, bon compromis entre les nouveaux besoins financiers obtenus grâce au traité de Lisbonne en même temps que de nouvelles compétences et une retenue ciblée.

Last but not least, I would like to take the opportunity to thank everyone who assisted me in my work: the Information Society and Media Directorate General of the European Commission, the secretariat of the European Parliament’s Committee on Transport and Tourism; I thank my fellow members of this House and those who are unable to be here today for their comments and proposals for amendments, and I thank the professional organisations for all their useful advice, invitations and explanations.
Dernière chose mais non des moindres, je voudrais en profiter pour remercier tous ceux qui m'ont aidée dans mon travail: la direction générale de la société de l’information et des médias de la Commission européenne, le secrétariat de la commission des transports et du tourisme du Parlement européen.

If you would allow me, I failed to thank my good colleague Mrs Cederschiöld with whom I worked very closely, as with others, on my report, and I thank the House for its patience.
