The European Commission has cleared Vodafone Group Plc's proposed acquisition of sole control over Spanish mobile telephony operator Airtel Móvil SA. The Commission has found that the transaction would not raise any competition concerns in the Spanish mobile telephony market or in any other related markets
La Commission européenne a autorisé Vodafone Group Plc à acquérir le contrôle exclusif de l'opérateur espagnol de la téléphonie mobile, Airtel Móvil SA. La Commission a conclu que l'opération ne créerait pas de problèmes de concurrence sur le marché espagnol de la téléphonie mobile ni sur aucun autre marché qui lui est lié.
