Article 37 of that Regulation provides for actions to be taken against fishing vessels included in that list.

Les États membres appliquent les dispositions de la présente directive sans aucune discrimination de droit ou de fait à l'encontre des navires étrangers et conformément au droit international applicable, notamment la partie XII, section 7, de la convention des Nations unies sur le droit de la mer de 1982, et ils notifient rapidement à l'État du pavillon du navire et à tout autre État concerné les mesures prises en vertu de la présente directive.
