Following examination, the Commission has come to the conclusion that, notwithsanding the global nature of the submarine telecommunications systems business, the notified operation is a concentration which does not reach the Community-wide turnover thresholds laid down in the Merger Regulation and therefore does not fall whithin the scope of the said Regulation.
Après examen, la Commission est arrivée à la conclusion que, en dépit du caractère international des activités liées aux systèmes de télécommunications sous-marins, l'opération notifiée est une concentration qui n'atteint pas les seuils de chiffre d'affaires communautaire fixés dans le règlement sur les concentrations et qu'elle ne tombe pas, par conséquent, sous le coup dudit règlement.
