I agree in some respects with what Mr. Denton said, and that is to have some faith in the administrative process and not put too much burden on various administrative tribunals to enforce what otherwise appear to be straightforward matters.

Denton, à savoir qu'il faut avoir confiance dans le processus administratif et ne pas imposer un fardeau trop lourd aux divers tribunaux administratifs en leur demandant de faire respecter la loi dans des cas qui, sinon, semblent aller de soi.
