An annex containing the provisions of the Safety Fundamentals would enable to: ( i) be consistent with the Joint Practical Guide of the EP, the Council, and the Commission for persons involved in the drafting of legislation within the Community institutions; (ii) ensure the legal certainty of the text with a 'static' reference to the IAEA principles as above.
L'ajout d'une annexe contenant les dispositions des principes fondamentaux de sûreté permettrait i) d'assurer la cohérence avec le guide pratique commun du PE, du Conseil et de la Commission à l'intention des personnes qui contribuent à la rédaction des textes législatifs dans les institutions communautaires et ii) de garantir la sécurité juridique du texte par une référence "statique" aux principes susmentionnés de l'AIEA.
