Each Member State shall communicate to the other Member States concerned, if they so request, the names of its representatives to whom this Article applies and the probable duration of their stay in the territories of such other Member States.

Monitoring the implementation of decisions taken by the Council concerning admission of third-country nationals "THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION, Having regard to Article K.3(2)(a) of the Treaty on European Union, Having regard to the priority work programme adopted by the Council on 30 November 1993 in Brussels, calling in particular for the preparation of an annual report on achievements in the field of justice and home affairs, Whereas Article K.1(3)(a) of the Treaty on European Union states that Member States shall regard conditions of entry by nationals of third countries on the territory of Member States as a matter of common interest; Whereas the texts adopted by the Council concerning the admission of third-country nationals [3] express a common political will; Whereas monitoring of the implementation of the provisions contained in these texts will reveal the practical effect of the Council's work in this matter and provide useful lessons for its future work; Whereas Member States consequently intend to agree on practical arrangements for such monitoring, HAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS: I. Preparation of a questionnaire Each year, the Presidency shall forward to the Member States a questionnaire designed to show how they have implemented the Resolutions and acts already adopted by the Council concerning the admission of third-country nationals.

Suivi de l'application des décisions du Conseil en matière d'admission des ressortissants des pays tiers "LE CONSEIL DE L'UNION EUROPEENNE, vu l'article K.3 paragraphe 2 point a) du traité sur l'Union européenne, vu le programme de travail prioritaire adopté par le Conseil le 30 novembre 1993 à Bruxelles, invitant notamment à élaborer chaque année un rapport sur les réalisations dans le domaine de la justice et des affaires intérieures, considérant que, aux termes de l'article K.1 point 3 a), les Etats membres considèrent comme une question d'intérêt commun les conditions d'entrée des ressortissants des pays tiers sur le territoire des Etats membres ; considérant que les textes adoptés par le Conseil relatifs à l'admission des ressortissants de pays tiers [3] traduisent une volonté politique commune ; considérant que le suivi de la mise en oeuvre des dispositions contenues dans ces textes permettra de connaître la portée pratique des travaux du Conseil en la matière et apportera des enseignements pour ses travaux futurs ; considérant que les Etats membres entendent en conséquence se mettre d'accord sur les modalités pratiques permettant d'exercer un tel suivi, DECIDE : I. - Préparation d'un questionnaire La présidence remet chaque année aux Etats membres un questionnaire devant permettre de connaître la manière dont ils ont mis en oeuvre les résolutions et les actes déjà approuvés par le Conseil en matière d'admission des ressortissants de pays tiers.
