The second part of the Commission's programme is aimed at informing the business community, extending both Community-wide public tendering (by limiting exemptions such as those for privately negotiated contracts) and the use of European standards in invitations to tender and organizing the publication of invitations to tender more efficiently, particularly by extending deadlines for the submission of tenders so as to take account of distances within the common market.
Le deuxieme volet du programme de la Commission vise a sensibiliser les milieux d'affaires, de generaliser l'adjudication publique communautaire (en limitant les exemptions comme les marches de gre a gre) de generaliser l'usage desnormes europeennes dans les appels d'offres et de mieux organiser leur publication, notamment en prolongeant les delais de soumission - tenant compte des distances geographiques a l'interieur du marche commun.
