This is basically a consolidation of the two tribunals that currently exist: the Public Service Staffing Tribunal, which is established through the employment act, of which I just spoke and which deals with staffing complaints; and the Public Service Labour Relations Board, which is established under the Public Service Labour Relations Act and deals with matters such as grievances, complaints, certifications and other collective bargaining issues.
