Mr Staes ran into the European Parliament in Brussels – it was 9.55 p.m. on a Monday evening – and he ran up the stairs so as to arrive in time to sign the attendance register, to prove that he had arrived in Brussels before 10 p.m. However, I am afraid to say that he did not make it in time and, in the dream, he said to me: ‘Mr Fatuzzo, please, please vote against my Paragraph No 104 on page 28, which expresses concern at the extension of the opening hours of the central signature register from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Indeed, I believe it would be better for us Members to arrive in good time rather than having to run, as I have had to in this dream’.

Cependant, il n'est pas arrivé à temps et, dans mon rêve, il m'a dit : "S'il vous plaît, Monsieur Fatuzzo, votez contre le paragraphe 104, situé en page 28 de mon rapport, qui exprime des préoccupations quant à l'allongement des heures d'accès au registre central, de 7 à 22 heures.
