IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

In accordance with the Regulation (EC) No 1005/2008, the Commission provided the reasons why it considered that Sri Lanka failed to discharge its duties under international law as flag, port, coastal or market State to take action to prevent, deter and eliminate IUU fishing.
