TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

A certificate conforming to the specimen in Chapter X, Part A, is to accompany live animals inspected at the holding. A certificate conforming to the specimen in Chapter X, Part B, is to accompany animals inspected and slaughtered at the holding. A certificate conforming to the specimen in Chapter X, Part C, is to accompany animals inspected and slaughtered at the holding in accordance with point 3a of Section III of Annex III to Regulation (EC) No 853/2004’.

1. Keepers of a commercial stock of specimens of invasive alien species acquired before their inclusion on the Union list shall be allowed up to two years after inclusion of the species on that list to keep and transport live specimens or reproducible parts of those species in order to sell or transfer them to the research or ex-situ conservation establishments and for the purposes of medicinal activities referred to in Article 8, provided that the specimens are kept and transported in contained holding and all appropriate measures are put in place to ensure that reproduction or escape are not possible; or in order to slaughter or humanely cull those specimens to exhaust their stock.

Les détenteurs d'un stock commercial de spécimens d'espèces exotiques envahissantes acquis avant leur inscription sur la liste de l'Union sont autorisés, pendant une période de deux ans au maximum après l'inscription des espèces sur la liste en question, à détenir et à transporter des spécimens vivants ou des parties reproductibles de ces espèces afin de les vendre ou de les transférer à des instituts de recherche ou à des établissements de conservation ex situ et aux fins d'activités médicales conformément à l'article 8, à condition que les spécimens soient conservés et transportés en détention confinée et que toutes les mesures appropriées soient mises en place pour s'assurer qu'ils ne puissent pas se reproduire ou s'échapper, ou afin d'abattre ou d'éliminer ces spécimens sans souffrance, pour épuiser leur stock.

If so required for specific test or examination methods and specified in the TSI or in the European specification referenced to in the TSI, a specimen or specimens of a subassembly or assembly or a specimen of the subsystem in a pre-assembled condition shall to be provided.
