In view of the fact that some nations have not signed up to the Geneva Convention on chemical and biological weapons, as we have heard, and have continued to develop these technologies of warfare, we appeal to the United States and the republics of the former Soviet Union, as well as all those states that have not taken part or signed up, to provide the international community with detailed information on the biological and chemical agents they know about which could, in some way, be traced or stolen by terrorist groups.
Certaines nations, qui n'ont pas adhéré - comme nous l'avons entendu - à la convention de Genève sur les armes chimiques et biologiques, ont continué à développer ces technologies de guerre ; nous demandons donc aux États-Unis et aux républiques de l'ex-Union soviétique, ainsi qu'à tous les États qui n'ont pas participé ou adhéré à cette convention, de fournir à la communauté internationale des informations détaillées sur les agents biologiques et chimiques dont ils ont connaissance et qui pourraient, d'une façon ou d'une autre, être découverts ou dérobés par des groupes terroristes.
