Amendment 29, modifying Article 27(1) reintroduces an exclusion, existing in the current Directive, for purchases of energy or fuels for the production of energy made by contracting entities operating in the energy sector in the broad sense of the term (production, transport and distribution of electricity, gas or heat, as well as the exploration for and extraction of oil, gas, coal or other solid fuels).
L'amendement 29, modifiant l'article 27, paragraphe 1, vise à réintroduire une exclusion, existant dans la directive actuelle, pour les achats d'énergie et de combustibles destinés à la production d'énergie, lorsqu'ils sont effectués par des entités adjudicatrices opérant dans le secteur de l'énergie au sens large (production, transport et distribution d'électricité, de gaz ou de chaleur ainsi que la prospection et l'extraction de pétrole, de gaz, de charbon ou d'autres combustibles solides).
