The European Commission has approved the acquisition of joint control by Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) and Acatos Hutcheson over Soja Mainz GmbH Co KG, a joint venture company which is operating a soybean crushing plant in Germany.
La Commission européenne a approuvé l'acquisition du contrôle conjoint, par Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) et Acatos et Hutcheson (une société britannique qui traite et commercialise des huiles alimentaires), de Soja Mainz GMBH Co KG, une entreprise commune qui possède une usine de concassage du soja en Allemagne.
