The disease is characterised by a number of clinical symptoms, in particular fever followed by the appearance of blisters on mucous membranes in the mouth, the muzzle or snout and the skin and around and between the hooves, the effect being limping and excessive salivation.
Plusieurs symptômes cliniques caractérisent la maladie, en particulier la manifestation de fièvre suivie de l'apparition de vésicules sur les membranes muqueuses de la bouche, le museau, la peau, autour et entre les onglons des pieds, avec pour effets une claudication et une hypersalivation.
