Any person who fails to comply with any of the provisions of this Article shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable, on conviction, to a fine (multa) of not less than one thousand and one hundred and sixty-four euro and sixty-nine cents (1 164,69) but not exceeding four thousand and six hundred and fifty-eight euro and seventy-five cents (4 658,75) or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year, or to both such fine and imprisonment.
Toute personne ne se conformant pas aux dispositions du présent article commet une infraction passible d'une amende (multa) de mille cent soixante-quatre euros et soixante-neuf cents (1 164,69) à quatre mille six cent cinquante-huit euros et soixante-quinze cents (4 658,75) ou d'un emprisonnement d'un an au maximum, ou de ces deux peines.
