3. The contracting authority shall accept as satisfactory evidence that an economic operator is not in one of the situations described in points (a), (c), (d) or (f) of Article 106(1) of the Financial Regulation, a recent extract from the judicial record or, failing that, an equivalent document recently issued by a judicial or administrative authority in its country of establishment showing that those requirements are satisfied.
3. Le pouvoir adjudicateur accepte comme preuve suffisante qu'un opérateur économique ne se trouve pas dans un des cas mentionnés à l'article 106, paragraphe 1, points a), c), d) ou f), du règlement financier, la production d'un extrait récent du casier judiciaire ou, à défaut, d'un document récent équivalent délivré par une autorité judiciaire ou administrative du pays où il est établi, dont il résulte que ces exigences sont satisfaites.
