To add insult to injury in regard to the NDP motion last night, if the government is not going to put in mandatory insurance coverage there could be a simple notice published on the ship to inform the public that the carrier does not have insurance.
Pis encore, en ce qui concerne la motion du NPD d'hier soir, si le gouvernement ne prévoit pas une assurance obligatoire, on pourrait publier un simple avis sur le navire pour informer le public du fait que le transporteur n'a pas d'assurance.
