In accordance with the law on the compensation procedure in entities of special importance for the Polish shipbuilding industry, the Minister of the State Treasury appointed an observer to the compensation process from among the candidates approved by the European Commission. The observer’s task was to monitor the progress of the compensation procedure and, in particular, the process of preparing and carrying out the sale of assets.
