94. Every vertical shaft that is a working shaft shall be provided with stops or gates that prevent a cage or mine car from being pushed unintentionally beyond the landings of the shaft.

(1) If the Lessee has fully complied with all the covenants and agreements of this lease, the Lessee may at any time within 60 days of the termination or surrender thereof remove any buildings, erections, fixtures and equipment from the said lands, except that the Lessee shall not remove or impair any of the supports, pillars, timbers, frameworks or casings that are necessary to the use, maintenance or safety of the shafts, tunnels or other openings in or underlying the said lands and the approaches thereto, or any article, matter or thing the removal of which might cause any such opening to cave in, give way or become hazardous, and in default of removal within such period of 60 days, all such tools and machinery, buildings, erections, fixtures and equipment shall be absolutely forfeited and shall become and be the property of Her Majesty.
(1) Si le locataire s’est conformé intégralement aux conventions et accords du présent bail, il peut en tout temps, dans les 60 jours suivant l’expiration ou l’abandon de celui-ci, enlever tous les bâtiments, construction, accessoires fixes et matériel des terres, sauf qu’il ne doit enlever ni endommager aucun des supports, piliers, charpentes, boisages ou coffrages qui sont nécessaires à l’utilisation, à l’entretien ou à la sécurité des puits, tunnels ou autres ouvertures dans ou sous les terres et leurs voies d’accès, ni aucun des articles, matières ou choses dont l’enlèvement pourrait causer l’affaissement ou l’effondrement de n’importe laquelle de ces ouvertures ou les rendre dangereuses; faute d’enlèvement durant la période de 60 jours, tous les outils, machines, bâtiments, constructions, accessoires fixes et matériel seront absolument confisqués et seront dévolus à Sa Majesté.
