This recovery must be made from Financière Sernam and its subsidiaries, and notably Sernam Services and Aster, which are currently continuing the economic activity which received the aid, previously engaged in by Sernam SA (now wound up) and then by Sernam Xpress (the assets and liabilities of which were absorbed by Financière Sernam following a transfer of all assets and liabilities).
