Senator McCoy made the suggestion that maybe the leaders and others could begin to have some discussion, which seemed to make perfect sense to me, because if I were to move to amend some of these motions, I would be moving, during these proceedings that we're having, to bringing to the bar their counsel to make representations on their behalf so that we keep a continuity with what is going in the chamber.
