Definition: The common themes that are shared by dissociative or conversion disorders are a partial or complete loss of the normal integration between memories of the past, awareness of identity and immediate sensations, and control of bodily movements. All types of dissociative disorders tend to remit after a few weeks or months, particularly if their onset is associated with a traumatic life event. More chronic disorders, particularly paralyses and anaesthesias, may develop if the onset is associated with insoluble problems or interpersonal difficulties. These disorders have previously been classified as various types of conversion hysteria . They are presumed to be psychogenic in origin, being associated closely in time with traumatic events, insoluble and intolerable problems, or disturbed relationships. The symptoms often represent the patient's concept of how a physical illness would be manifest. Medical examination and investigation do not reveal the presence of any known physical or neurological disorder. In addition, there is evidence that the loss of function is an expression of emotional conflicts or needs. The symptoms may develop in close relationship to psychological stress, and often appear suddenly. Only disorders of physical functions normally under voluntary control and loss of sensations are included here. Disorders involving pain and other complex physical sensations mediated by the autonomic nervous system are classified under somatization disorder (F45.0). Définition: Les divers troubles dissociatifs (ou de conversion) ont en commun une perte partielle ou complète des fonctions normales d'intégration des souvenirs, de la conscience de l'identité ou des sensations immédiates et du contrôle des mouvements corporels. Toutes les variétés de troubles dissociatifs ont tendance à disparaître après quelques semaines ou mois, en particulier quand leur survenue est associée à un événement traumatique. L'évolution peut également se faire vers des troubles plus chroniques, en particulier des paralysies et des anesthésies, quand la survenue du trouble est liée à des problèmes ou des difficultés interpersonnelles insolubles. Dans le passé, ces troubles ont été classés comme divers types d'hystérie de conversion . The position to be adopted by the European Union within the Association Council, set up by the Agreement establishing an Association between the European Union and its Member States, on the one part, and Central America, on the other part, as regards the adoption of the Rules of Procedure of the Association Council and those of the Association Committee, the Rules of Procedure governing Dispute Settlement under Title X and the Code of Conduct for members of panels and mediators, the list of panellists as well as the list of Trade and Sustainable Development experts shall be based on the draft decisions of the Association Council annexed to this Decision.

(a) Vertical agreements entered into between an association of undertakings and its members, or between such an association and its suppliers, only if all its members are distributors of motor vehicles or spare parts for motor vehicles or repairers and if no individual member of the association, together with its connected undertakings, has a total annual turnover exceeding EUR 50 million; vertical agreements entered into by such associations shall be covered by this Regulation without prejudice to the application of Article 81 to horizontal agreements concluded between the members of the association or decisions adopted by the association;

The exemption provided for in paragraph 1 shall apply to vertical agreements entered into between an association of undertakings and its members, or between such an association and its suppliers, only if all its members are retailers of goods and if no individual member of the association, together with its connected undertakings, has a total annual turnover exceeding EUR 50 million; vertical agreements entered into by such associations shall be covered by this Regulation without prejudice to the application of Article 81 to horizontal agreements concluded between the members of the association or decisions adopted by the association.

Whereas the nature of the information and of the checks necessary for the application of Article 65 requires that notification of such decisions to the association itself should be effective as notification to all the member undertakings ; whereas the first paragraph of Article 48 expressly provides that the activities of the association must not be contrary to the provisions of the Treaty or to the decisions or recommendations of the High Authority ; whereas Article 65 (1) not only forbids undertakings to conclude agreements that may restrict competition, but also forbids associations of undertakings to take decisions having the like effect ; whereas it follows that all undertakings belonging to an association must bear responsibility for the actions of that association ; whereas this manner of notification could not be prejudicial to undertakings in view of the fact that they cannot by forming associations escape the obligations devolving upon them under the Treaty ; whereas, moreover, the legal safeguards afforded to undertakings by the Treaty and in particular the application of Article 36 thereof not affected by this manner of notification;
