In the letter initiating the procedure (points 262 to 264), the Commission expressed doubts as to whether these measures were sufficient, notably in view of the fact that it was envisaged that SNCB’s shareholding in the company TRW, which retains significant shareholdings in the Brussels and Zeebrugge terminals, would be transferred to IFB, and that IFB owns minority shareholdings in a number of important Belgian terminals.
Dans la lettre d'ouverture (point 262 à 264), la Commission a émis des doutes sur le point de savoir si ces mesures étaient suffisantes, notamment vu le fait que la société TRW, dont il était envisagé que la SNCB apporterait sa participation à IFB, détenait des participations importantes dans les terminaux de Bruxelles et de Zeebrugge, et qu’IFB possède des participations minoritaires dans un nombre important de terminaux belges.
