The Commission Regulation initiating a review shall repeal the duty in force with regard to the new exporter concerned by amending the regulation which has imposed such duty, and by making imports subject to registration in accordance with Article 14(5) in order to ensure that, should the review result in a determination of dumping in respect of such an exporter, anti-dumping duties can be levied retroactively to the date of the initiation of the review.

25.2 (1) For the purpose of subsection 30.3(3) of the Act, the margin of dumping in relation to the goods of an exporter that were not included in the percentage or sample and the goods of the exporter for which a margin of dumping was not determined in accordance with subsection 30.3(2) of the Act shall be equal to the weighted average margin of dumping established as a result of the application of sections 15 to 30 of the Act in respect of goods from that exporter that are included in the percentage or sample.

(8) If the President determines that the expiry of the order or finding in respect of any goods is unlikely to result in a continuation or resumption of dumping or subsidizing, the Tribunal shall not take those goods into account in assessing the cumulative effect of dumping or subsidizing under subsection (11).

If the Tribunal has made an order or finding resulting in the levying of anti-dumping duties in respect of goods of Chile that are subsequently exempted from the application of this Act by regulations made under section 14, the Tribunal shall rescind the order or finding to the extent that it relates to the dumping of those goods.
