(37) For several years Sniace experienced severe difficulties that culminated with the company being under the suspension of payments procedure from 1992 to 1996. The procedure was lifted thanks to a viability plan and an agreement which Sniace concluded with its private creditors whereby the latter accepted a rescheduling and reduction of their claims, thereby allowing the company to reduce its debts.
(37) Sniace a connu pendant plusieurs années des difficultés économiques qui l'ont amenée à une situation de suspension de paiement de 1992 à 1996, à laquelle il a été mis fin par un plan de viabilité et un accord conclu par Sniace avec ses créanciers privés, en vertu duquel ceux-ci acceptaient de rééchelonner et de réduire leurs créances, permettant ainsi à l'entreprise de réduire son endettement.
