O. whereas on 10 September in a regional meeting on IS in Jeddah, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan and Lebanon signed a joint communique with the US agreeing to ‘join in the many aspects of the coordinated military campaign against ISIS’ and to undertake a range of actions to combat terrorism, including stopping the flow of foreign fighters through neighbouring countries, countering the financing of ISIS and other terrorist groups and repudiating jihadist ideology;
O. considérant que, le 10 septembre, lors d'une réunion régionale sur l'État islamique à Djeddah, le Bahreïn, le Koweït, Oman, le Qatar, l'Arabie saoudite, les Émirats arabes unis, l'Égypte, l'Iraq, la Jordanie et le Liban ont signé un communiqué conjoint avec les États-Unis, dans lequel ils acceptent de participer aux nombreux aspects de la campagne militaire coordonnée contre l'EIIL et de prendre une série de mesures pour lutter contre le terrorisme, y compris l'arrêt de l'afflux de combattants étrangers transitant par les pays voisins, la lutte contre le financement de l'EIIL et d'autres groupes terroristes et le rejet de l'idéologie djihadiste;
