I would also like to add that while the Islamic Republic is blocking access to satellite transmissions for BBC Persian television, for Voice of America, and for other channels that they deem a threat to their own power, the Islamic Republic continues to use the services of Eutelsat, a French-based company, in order to broadcast five out of its six official channels within Iran itself and abroad.
Je tiens également à ajouter que, bien que la République islamique ait bloqué l'accès aux transmissions par satellite de la télévision perse de la BBC, de Voice of America et d'autres postes qu'elle considère une menace pour son pouvoir, la République islamique continue d'avoir recours aux services d'Eutelsat, une entreprise française, pour diffuser cinq de ses six chaînes officielles en Iran et à l'étranger.

Once again, if the Islamic Republic is going to deny its own citizens the right to have free access to information, then the international community must deny the same rights to the Islamic Republic of Iran to freely broadcast its propaganda and misinformation.

Condemns the campaign of harassment launched by the Moldovan authorities against journalists, civil society representatives and opposition parties, involving in particular arrests and expulsions of journalists, interruption of access to websites and TV stations, broadcasting of propaganda on public channels and denial to opposition representatives of access to the public media; considers that these actions are intended to isolate the Republic of Moldova from domestic and international media and public scrutiny; deplores and condemns the continuation of this censorship through the letters sent by the Minister of Internal Affairs and the Minister of Justice to NGOs, political parties and the mass media;

Firstly, there is a need for the general introduction of shared television aerials to include digital broadcasting, particularly on blocks of flats owned by housing cooperatives, in accordance with the exceptions under Article 5 of the information guidelines, as this is a problem for millions of citizens in the new Member States, including the Czech Republic.
Premièrement, nous nous trouvons face au besoin général d’introduire des antennes de télévision communes afin d’intégrer la radiodiffusion numérique, et ce principalement dans les immeubles d’appartements propriétés de coopératives d’habitation, conformément aux exceptions citées à l’article 5 des lignes directrices informatives. En effet, il s’agit d’un problème qui touche des millions de citoyens au sein des nouveaux États membres, y compris la République tchèque.

These three firms had concluded an agreement under which PMI granted DSV the right to relay live by satellite to the betting shops of bookmakers designated by DSV and established in the Federal Republic of Germany (as then constituted) including West Berlin and in Austria video and audio broadcasts of races and "associated information" (racing cards, probable winnings, announcements of winners, final winnings) relating to races organized by French racing associations.
