22 (1) If, within a period of thirty days from the day the copy of the report of any commission for a province is referred to the committee pursuant to subsection 21(1) or published pursuant to subsection 21(2), an objection in writing is filed with the clerk of the committee specifying the provisions of the report objected to and the reasons for the objection, the committee shall, within the first thirty days next after the expiration of that period that Parliament is sitting or within such greater period as the House of Commons may allow, take up the motion referred to in subsection (2), consider the matter of the objection and return the report to the Speaker together with a copy of the objection and of the minutes of proceedings of the committee with respect thereto.
22 (1) Au cours des trente jours qui suivent la date de son renvoi au comité ou de sa publication dans les conditions prévues à l’article 21, le rapport de la commission est susceptible d’une opposition écrite adressée, motifs à l’appui, au greffier du comité. Le cas échéant, le comité dispose d’au plus trente jours de séance — sauf prorogation par la Chambre des communes — du Parlement suivant l’expiration de ce délai pour étudier l’opposition. Après quoi, il renvoie le rapport au président de la Chambre et lui transmet un exemplaire de l’opposition ainsi que l’extrait afférent de ses procès-verbaux.

23 (1) Within thirty days after the day the report of any commission is referred back to the Chief Electoral Officer by the Speaker pursuant to section 22, the commission shall consider the matter of the objection and dispose of the objection, and, forthwith on the disposition of the objection, a certified copy of the report of the commission, with or without amendment accordingly as the disposition of the objection requires, shall be returned by the Chief Electoral Officer to the Speaker.
23 (1) Dans les trente jours qui suivent la date de renvoi de son rapport au directeur général des élections, la commission étudie l’opposition et statue en l’espèce; aussitôt après, le directeur général des élections retourne au président de la Chambre des communes un exemplaire certifié conforme du rapport de la commission, avec ou sans modification selon la décision rendue à l’égard de l’opposition.

13. If the Minister, after receiving and considering a report of a hearing officer appointed to conduct a public hearing with respect to an objection served on the Minister by any person under section 9, has confirmed an intention to expropriate an interest in land or immovable real right, or a more limited interest or right in it, in the manner provided in section 14, the Minister shall, at the written request of the person who served the objection, provide that person with a copy of the report of the hearing officer and, if effect was not given to the objection, a statement of the reasons that the Minister had for not giving it effect.
13.
