Definition: This block contains a wide variety of disorders that differ in severity and clinical form but that are all attributable to the use of one or more psychoactive substances, which may or may not have been medically prescribed. The third character of the code identifies the substance involved, and the fourth character specifies the clinical state. The codes should be used, as required, for each substance specified, but it should be noted that not all fourth character codes are applicable to all substances. Identification of the psychoactive substance should be based on as many sources of information as possible. These include self-report data, analysis of blood and other body fluids, characteristic physical and psychological symptoms, clinical signs and behaviour, and other evidence such as a drug being in the paticlass=yellow1>ent's possession or reports from infoclass=yellow1>rmed third parties. Many drug users take more than one type of psychoactive substance. The main diagnosis should be classified, whenever possible, according to the substance or class of substances that has caused or contributed most to the presenting clinical syndrome. Other diagnoses should be coded when other psychoactive substances have been taken in intoxicating amounts (common fourth character .0) or to the extent of causing harm (common fourth character .1), dependence (common fourth character .2) or other disorders (common fourth character .3-.9). Question n 397 Mme Kirsty Duncan: En ce qui concerne les initiatives et les programmes gérés par le ministère de la Défense nationale (MDN) et Anciens Combattants Canada (ACC) à l'égard de la santé et du bien-être des anciens combattants: a) quels sont les problèmes (i) des anciens combattants ayant fait du service de guerre, (ii) des anciens combattants des Forces canadiennes (FC); b) pour chaque groupe d’anciens combattants en a), combien y a-t-il eu de cas par an au cours des cinq dernières années, par problème relevé; c) pour chaque groupe d’anciens combattants en a), quels changements a-t-on observés dans les problèmes rencontrés au cours des cinq dernières années; d) chez les anciens combattants des FC, quels sont les principaux problèmes prévus après le retrait de l’Afghanistan en 2011 et, pour chaque problème, quels sont (i) les défis à surmonter, (ii) les changements nécessaires à ACC, (iii) les mesures déjà prises; e) a-t-on fait des recommandations pour améliorer la qualité de vie des anciens combattants mentionnés en a) et, si oui, quelle suite leur a été donnée; f) que fait-on précisément pour que ACC (i) réagisse rapidement aux résultats de recherches sur les liens possibles entre le combat et la sclerose laterale amyotrophique ou la démence, (ii) mette en oeuvre les recommandations découlant des recherches dans les meilleurs délais; g) quelles catégories de blessures subissent les soldats canadiens en Afghanistan; h) quels procédés de réadaptation applique-t-on à chaque catégorie de blessures, par région; i) à quels examens a-t-on soumis les procédés de réadaptation, par date et par région; j) dans chaque catégorie de blessure mentionnée en g), quel pourcentage des anciens combattants peuvent retourner travailler au civil; k) quelles mesures prend-on par région pour aider les anciens combattants à réintégrer la vie civile; l) quelles mesures prend-on pour informer les anciens combattants qui reviennent d’Afghanistan des prestations auxquell ...

A Special Report by the Court of Auditors on guarantees published in 1999 gave rise, at the meeting of the Advisory Committee on Own Resources last December, to three communications from the Commission on guarantees in the event of an appeal (Article 244 of the Code) and in the event of deferred payment (Articles 74 and 192 of the Code) and on the comprehensive guarantee under the external Community transit procedure (Article 361 CCIP).
Un rapport spécial de la Cour des Comptes sur les garanties publié en 1999 a donné lieu, lors de la réunion du Comité consultatif des ressources propres en décembre dernier, à trois communications de la Commission relatives à la garantie dans les cas de recours (article 244 du Code des douanes) et dans les cas de report de paiement (articles 74 et 192 du Code des douanes) ainsi qu'à la garantie globale en transit communautaire externe (article 361 DAC).
