The work of the group of experts set up by the Commission in accordance with point III(a) of that Recommendation, and the first follow-up report, while showing the progress made both at national and at European level as regards mobility for education and training purposes, demonstrate the need to focus not only on increasing mobility in quantitative terms but, above all, on improving its quality.
Les travaux du groupe d'experts établi par la Commission conformément au point III. a) de cette recommandation, ainsi que le premier rapport de suivi, tout en montrant les progrès accomplis à l'échelon tant national qu'européen en ce qui concerne la mobilité à des fins d'éducation et de formation, démontrent la nécessité de se concentrer non seulement sur l'augmentation de la mobilité en termes quantitatifs, mais surtout sur l'amélioration de sa qualité.
