We regret the rejection of the amendments that we tabled, in which we registered our deeply held belief that a State with sound social protection based on high environmental, social and labour standards and characterised by progressive taxation and the redistribution of the income and wealth generated is conducive to good economic performance.
Nous regrettons le rejet des amendements que nous avons déposés et dans lesquels nous exprimions notre profonde conviction qu’un État doté d’une protection sociale solide, basée sur des normes élevées en matière d’environnement, de politique sociale et de travail et caractérisée par une taxation progressive et la redistribution des revenus et de la richesse présente de bons résultats économiques.
