I would also like to draw attention to the decision of outgoing President Yushchenko to confer the title of ‘National Hero of Ukraine’ on Stefan Bandera, and the decree recognising two nationalist organisations, the Organisation of Ukrainian Nationalists and the Ukrainian Insurgent Army, as participants in the fight for Ukraine’s independence.
Permettez-moi aussi d’attirer l’attention sur la décision du Président sortant, M. Yushchenko, d’attribuer à Stefan Bandera le titre de «héros national d’Ukraine», et sur le décret reconnaissant à deux organisations nationalistes: l’Organisation des nationalistes ukrainiens et l’Armée insurrectionnelle ukrainienne, le statut de participantes à la lutte pour l’indépendance de l’Ukraine.
