24.6 If a person who was employed in operational service by the Correctional Service of Canada and who is receiving an annual allowance payable under section 24.2 is subsequently re-employed in the public service, the amount of any annuity or annual allowance to which he or she may become entitled under this Part on again ceasing to be employed in the public service shall be adjusted in accordance with regulations made under paragraph 42(1)(x.1) to take into account the amount of any annual allowance that he or she has received.

In this respect, the Commission shall apply the "only once" principle whereby information submitted once to the administration should not be asked for again by another service of the administration i.e. enterprises should not be obliged to provide information all over again that authorities have already received by another route.

Is concerned about the fact that once again the Centre has not comprehensively fulfilled its obligation to send to the discharge authority a report drawn up by its Director summarising the content of the Internal Audit Service (IAS) recommendation as provided for in Article 72(5) of the framework Financial Regulation; is concerned, in particular, that, in relation to the follow-up of earlier recommendations, the Centre received one "very important" recommendation and seven other "important" recommendations from the IAS but that no information is given on their content; urges therefore the Director of the Centre to provide this information;
12. s'inquiète du fait que, à nouveau, le Centre n'ait pas totalement satisfait à son obligation de transmettre à l'autorité de décharge un rapport établi par son directeur résumant le contenu des recommandations du service d'audit interne, ainsi que le prévoit l'article 72, paragraphe 5, du règlement financier-cadre; s'inquiète en particulier du fait que par rapport au suivi des recommandations antérieures, le Centre a reçu une recommandation "très importante" et sept autres recommandations "importantes" du service d'audit interne mais qu'aucune information ne soit donnée quant à leur contenu; demande dès lors instamment au directeur du Centre de fournir ces informations;

Again, these new services should not be restricted on the basis of territory at the request of rightholders: the fact that the programmes of certain television channels cannot be viewed on computers located in other Member States has already been raised in a number of complaints received by the Commission.
Encore faut-il que ces nouveaux services ne se retrouvent pas restreints territorialement à la demande des détenteurs de droit: l'impossibilité de visionner sur internet des programmes de chaînes de télévision à partir d'ordinateurs situés dans un autre État membre que celui des chaînes a déjà été mentionnée dans plusieurs plaintes reçues par la Commission.

Now we are once again at that point and once again we hope that not only will we lay down in legislation the questions of a service that has not hitherto received complex regulation, but we will also succeed, by ensuring the entry of new players into the field, in really forcing down the price of high quality payment services.

I would prefer it, therefore, Mr President, if possible, if Parliament’s services and my fellow Members could guarantee that possibility; that before voting no in a manner that could be interpreted as a badly prepared ‘no’, since we only received this information yesterday, we could prevent that by returning this report to the Committee on Budgetary Control, which would do its work again.
