If the government had invested such an amount for years, it could have invested in research into really clean, safe energy and it could be developing these alternate energy sources, so that nuclear energy would not be needed.
Si l'on avait investi cette somme depuis des années, on aurait pu l'investir en matière de recherche pour des énergies propres, réellement propres, et non dangereuses, c'est-à-dire où la sécurité ne serait pas en cause. On pourrait donc développer ces énergies de remplacement.
