Mr. Smith: From my experience with the Ministry of Education in the province of Quebec, I can tell you that once a student reaches secondary four or secondary five in that province, which is the equivalent of grade 10 or 11 in Ontario, by law the student has the right to choose the program he or she wants to follow, particularly with regard to moral and religious education.
