– (ES) Mr President, in the early hours of 16 May, a group of young Spanish and Portuguese people – seven in all – did something that I would consider to be rather unwise: following a party they grabbed some Latvian pennants in the city of Riga, at which point they were arrested by the Latvian police, imprisoned and some of them ill-treated.
