En tant que rapporteur pour avis de la commission de l’environnement, de la santé publique et de la sécurité alimentaire, j’ai pu constater par moi-même combien la proposition technique est devenue, du jour au lendemain, une question hautement politique et je souhaiterais par conséquent remercier tous mes collègues députés qui sont parvenus à conserver une approche objective, même sous la pression découlant de la catastrophe qui s’est produite au Japon.

I agree with the rapporteur when he emphasises the need to educate customers on how to approach innovation in public contracts, since the profession is highly skilled and needs well-trained staff.
