Do I choose to go to Westray at 10:45, where the chamber has mandated me to be, or do I be in contempt of not being there and continue to sit here because the government has chosen to ram through legislation that is important, but not emergency, not critical, and we are here till December 18? How outrageous can that be?
Dois-je choisir d'étudier le projet de loi Westray à 10 h 45, comme j'en ai reçu le mandat, ou dois-je me rendre coupable d'outrage en n'y étant pas et en continuant de siéger ici parce que le gouvernement a décidé d'adopter à toute vitesse un projet de loi qui est certes important, mais non urgent et non critique, même si nous sommes ici jusqu'au 18 décembre?
