3. In urgent cases and if the measures to be adopted have to be applied quickly, the Chairperson may, at the request of a member of the Committee or of the Director of the Office or on his own initiative, shorten the period mentioned in the above paragraph to no fewer than three calendar days before the date of the meeting.

Dans des cas urgents et lorsque les mesures à arrêter doivent être appliquées à brève échéance, le président peut, à la demande d’un membre du comité ou du directeur de l’Office ou de sa propre initiative, abréger le délai de transmission cité au paragraphe précédent jusqu’à trois jours de calendrier avant la date de la réunion.
