TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

The Commission Green Paper of 9 February 2011 entitled 'From Challenges to Opportunities: Towards a Common Strategic Framework for EU Research and Innovation funding' identified key questions on how to achieve the ambitious objectives set in the Commission Communication of 19 October 2010 and launched a broad consultation, in the course of which stakeholders and Union institutions largely agreed with the ideas presented therein.
Dans son livre vert du 9 février 2011 intitulé "Quand les défis deviennent des chances: vers un cadre stratégique commun pour le financement de la recherche et de l'innovation dans l'UE", la Commission a recensé les principales questions relatives à la manière de réaliser ces objectifs ambitieux fixés dans la communication de la Commission du 19 octobre 2010 et a lancé un vaste processus de consultation, au cours duquel les parties prenantes et les institutions de l'Union ont largement approuvé les idées que le livre vert contenait.

1. Commends the Commission for providing the Green Paper, finds the considerations and questions posed therein to be highly relevant, and fully agrees with the listed aims to get more competition, more choice, more innovation and more payment security as well as customer trust;

In consequence, examination of the proposal has enabled the Working Party to conclude, without dissent, that the proposal does not comprise any substantive amendments other than those identified as such therein or in the present opinion. The Working Party also concluded, as regards the codification of the unchanged provisions of the earlier act with those substantive amendments, that the proposal is indeed confined to straightforward codification, without any substantive changes to the acts in question.

If an amendment to the internal Community rules in the field in question necessitates a corresponding amendment to the AETR, Member States should act together to bring about such an amendment to the AETR as soon as possible, in accordance with the procedure laid down therein.

4. Every Member State which applies relevant legislative, regulatory or administrative provisions shall accept evidence of specialist medical training corresponding, for the specialist training in question, to the titles listed in Annex VI, point 6.1, awarded by the Member States listed therein and attesting a course of training which began after the reference date laid down in Annex V, point 5.1.3 and before the deadline laid down in Article 58, and shall, for the purposes of access to and pursuit of the professional activities of specialised doctor, give such evidence the same effect on its territory as certificates of training which it itself issues.
4. Chaque État membre qui connaît des dispositions législatives, réglementaires ou administratives en la matière reconnaît les titres de formation de médecin spécialiste qui correspondent, pour la formation spécialisée en cause, aux dénominations figurant à l'annexe VI, point 6.1, délivrés par les États membres y énumérés et sanctionnant une formation qui a commencé après la date de référence visée à l'annexe V, point 5.1.3 et avant l'expiration du délai prévu à l'article 58, en leur donnant le même effet sur son territoire qu'aux titres de formation qu'il délivre en ce qui concerne l'accès aux activités professionnelles de médecin spécialiste et leur exercice.

The competent authority of the exporting country shall certify on the V I 1 document that the wine in question is a wine to which the first subparagraph refers and that it fulfils the conditions set out therein.

The Regulation states that organic production may be referred to only where the product in question has been obtained and tested in accordance with the rules established therein, and in particular that it contains only substances listed in the Annexes, has not been subjected to treatments involving the use of ionising radiation and has not been made using genetically modified organisms (GMOs) or products derived from these organisms, as this would be incompatible with organic production (Regulation (EC) No 1804/1999).
