3. invite la Commission, eu égard au fait que les stimulations monétaires fournies au cours des dernières années sont progressivement réduites, à s'en tenir à une stricte interprétation du pacte de stabilité et de croissance révisé et demande aux États membres de viser l'objectif d'une réduction de leur déficit budgétaire, corrigé des variations cycliques, de 0,5 % par an par rapport au PIB, démarche qui contribuerait à atténuer les pressions inflationnistes et à maintenir les taux d'intérêt à des niveaux suffisamment bas pour ne pas compromettre la reprise économique en cours; rappelle, à cet égard, les avantages qu'offre une coordination fiscale, et surtout budgétaire, plus étroite entre les États membres pour parvenir à un équilibre plus cohérent des politiques macroéconomiques, à l'instar de la politique monétaire bien développée de l'UEM;
