In view of this, the EU space industrial policy should pursue the following objectives: (i) Ensure a reliable, secure, available and cost efficient launcher system; (ii) Create the conditions, and in particular the financial conditions, which are necessary to maintain and strengthen independent European access to space in line with institutional needs while proposing an evolved governance of the exploitation of the European launchers to ensure financial efficiency in the management of user programmes.
Dans cette perspective, la politique industrielle spatiale de l’UE devrait poursuivre les objectifs suivants: i) établir un système de lanceurs fiable, sûr, disponible et rentable; ii) créer les conditions, et notamment les conditions financières, qui sont nécessaires pour préserver et consolider un accès européen indépendant à l’espace, conformément aux besoins institutionnels, tout en proposant une gouvernance évoluée de l’exploitation des lanceurs européens, garante de l’efficacité financière dans la gestion des programmes utilisateurs.
