Definition: This block contains a wide variety of disorders that differ in severity and clinical form but that are all attributable to the use of one or more psychoactive substances, which may or may not have been medically prescribed. The third character of the code identifies the substance involved, and the fourth character specifies the clinical state. The codes should be used, as required, for each substance specified, but it should be noted that not all fourth character codes are applicable to all substances. Identification of the psychoactive substance should be based on as many sources of information as possible. These include self-report data, analysis of blood and other body fluids, characteristic physical and psychological symptoms, clinical signs and behaviour, and other evidence such as a drug being in the patient's possession or reports from informed third parties. Glenn Thibeault: En ce qui concerne les programmes de l'Infrastructure Canada: a) quelles sommes le gouvernement fédéral a-t-il affectées à chaque province dans le cadre du Fonds destiné au transport en commun (FTC) et combien a-t-on dépensé jusqu’à maintenant dans le cadre du Fonds; b) dans le cadre du Fonds canadien sur l'infrastructure stratégique, jusqu’à maintenant, (i) quelles demandes de fonds visant des projets a-t-on accueillies, (ii) pour chaque projet, qui sont les partenaires participants et de combien est la contribution de chacun, en comptant le gouvernement, (iii) pour chaque projet, quelle partie des fonds le gouvernement a-t-il versée et à qui, (iv) quel a été l’avantage économique produit par chaque projet, (v) à quelle date chaque projet est-il censé prendre fin, (vi) quels critères a-t-on appliqués pour déterminer les projets à approuver; c) dans le cadre du Fonds sur l'infrastructure frontalière, (i) jusqu’à maintenant, quelles demandes de fonds visant des projets a-t-on accueillies, (ii) pour chaque projet, qui sont les partenaires participants et de combien est la contribution de chacun, en comptant le gouvernement, (iii) pour chaque projet, quelle partie des fonds le gouvernement a-t-il versée et à qui, (iv) quel a été l’avantage économique produit par chaque projet, (v) à quelle date chaque projet est-il censé prendre fin, (vi) quels critères a-t-on appliqués pour déterminer les projets à approuver; d) dans le cadre du Fonds sur l'infrastructure municipale rurale (FIMR), (i) pour chaque province, combien de municipalités ont demandé des fonds et combien de projets a-t-on approuvés, (ii) pour chaque exercice financier depuis le lancement du programme, en comptant l’exercice courant , combien a-t-on puisé dans le Fonds et à qui l’a-t-on versé, (iii) pour chaque projet approuvé, à combien la contribution de la municipalité s’est-elle élevée; (iv) des firmes d’experts-conseils ont-elles été engagées ...

The files relating to applications for registered Community designs which have not yet been published or the files relating to registered Community designs which are subject to deferment of publication in accordance with Article 50 or which, being subject to such deferment, have been surrendered before or on the expiry of that period, shall not be made available for inspection without the consent of the applicant for or the right holder in the registered Community design.

Les dossiers relatifs à des demandes d'enregistrement de dessins ou modèles communautaires qui n'ont pas encore été publiées ainsi que les dossiers relatifs à des dessins ou modèles communautaires enregistrés qui font l'objet d'une mesure d'ajournement de publication conformément à l'article 50 ou qui, pendant l'application de cette mesure, ont fait l'objet d'une renonciation avant ou à l'expiration du délai d'ajournement, ne peuvent être ouverts à l'inspection publique qu'avec l'accord du demandeur ou du titulaire du dessin ou modèle communautaire enregistré.

(10) All plans and programmes which are prepared for a number of sectors and which set a framework for future development consent of projects listed in Annexes I and II to Council Directive 85/337/EEC of 27 June 1985 on the assessment of the effects of certain public and private projects on the environment(7), and all plans and programmes which have been determined to require assessment pursuant to Council Directive 92/43/EEC of 21 May 1992 on the conservation of natural habitats and of wild flora and fauna(8), are likely to have significant effects on the environment, and should as a rule be made subject to systematic environmental assessment. When they determine the use of small areas at local level or are minor modifications to the above plans or programmes, they should be assessed only where Member States determine that they are likely to have significant effects on the environment.
(10) L'ensemble des plans et des programmes qui sont préparés pour un certain nombre de secteurs et qui fixent le cadre de décisions ultérieures d'autorisation de projets énumérés aux annexes I et II de la directive 85/337/CEE du Conseil du 27 juin 1985 concernant l'évaluation des incidences de certains projets publics et privés sur l'environnement(7) et l'ensemble des plans et des programmes pour lesquels une évaluation a été estimée nécessaire conformément à la directive 92/43/CEE du Conseil du 21 mai 1992 concernant la conservation des habitats naturels ainsi que de la faune et de la flore sauvages(8) sont susceptibles d'avoir des incidences notables sur l'environnement et devraient, en règle générale, être soumis à une évaluation environnementale systématique; lorsqu'ils définissent l'utilisation de zones limitées au niveau local ou sont des modifications mineures des plans ou des programmes susmentionnés, ils devraient uniquement être évalués lorsque les États membres établissent qu'ils sont susceptibles d'avoir des incidences notables sur l'environnement.
