TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

This Regulation lays down rules for the timely development and interoperability of trans-European energy networks in order to achieve the energy policy objectives of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU) to ensure the functioning of the internal energy market and security of supply in the Union, to promote energy efficiency and energy saving and the development of new and renewable forms of energy, and to promote the interconnection of energy networks.
Le présent règlement établit des règles visant à développer et rendre interopérables en temps utile les réseaux transeuropéens d'énergie, dans le but de réaliser les objectifs du traité sur le fonctionnement de l'Union européenne en matière de politique énergétique, c'est-à-dire assurer le fonctionnement du marché intérieur de l'énergie et la sécurité de l'approvisionnement énergétique dans l'Union, promouvoir l'efficacité énergétique et les économies d'énergie ainsi que le développement des énergies nouvelles et renouvelables, et promouvoir l'interconnexion des réseaux énergétiques.

The instrument finances transport infrastructure projects promoting sustainable mobility based on the criteria of Decision No 1692/96 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 July 1996 (Community guidelines for the development of the trans-European transport network).
