Furthermore, in order to move forward and build a better future for the people of Afghanistan, my Liberal colleagues and I believe that after February 2009, Canada's mission in Afghanistan should consist of the following: training the Afghan national security forces; providing security for reconstruction and development projects in Kandahar; and the continuation of Canada's responsibility for the Kandahar provincial reconstruction team.
De plus, afin de progresser et de bâtir un avenir meilleur pour le peuple afghan, mes collègues libéraux et moi-même croyons que, après février 2009, la mission du Canada en Afghanistan devrait comporter les points suivants: former des forces de sécurité nationale afghanes; assurer la sécurité de la reconstruction et des projets de développement à Kandahar; maintenir la responsabilité du Canada envers l’Équipe provinciale de reconstruction à Kandahar.
